WBC in urine

sorry WBC are reported semiquantitatively as number seen per high power field (HPF):

none seen; <5, 5-20, 20-100, or >100.

WBC are normal in urine in low numbers. Up to 5 WBC/HPF generally are considered acceptable. For more information, see urine sediment atlas.
